As the holiday season approaches, there’s always that question…Why me? Why am I diabetic? Do I have to live a restricted life till I die? Parties aren’t even fun anymore.

I’m here to tell you, one bite of these little gems will soothe your mind, feed your deprived soul, and make you forget you’re diabetic at all! Guilt Free. And you can make them in five minutes!

Put 1 pkg softened cream cheese in a bowl. Add 1/2 c Splenda, 1/4 c butter, and 1 tsp vanilla. In these precious morsels I also added 1/4 c peanut butter. (No sugar peanut butter of course) Dropped them on a piece of waxed paper and stuck them in the freezer.

Excellent treat to have with coffee after dinner, and your guests will thank you for such a tasty and fulfilling desert item that won’t jack up their blood sugar!
